  • Command (Primary Manifest)

    The Command department is ultimately responsible for the ship and its crew, and those within the department are responsible for commanding the vessel and representing the interests of Starfleet.

    • Judge Advocate General

      Judge Advocate General (often shortened to JAG) within Starfleet was an officer, or group of officers) who advised Starfleet on and administered court martial, as well as overseeing other Starfleet legal matters and personnel. Legal counsel within Starfleet reported to the senior JAG officer as part of the department known as the Judge Advocate General's Office (or simply the Judge Advocate's Office).

    The Academy Administration is ultimately responsible for the cadets and the Academy staff, and those within the department are responsible for providing a place dedicated to learning and investing in the future of Starfleet.

  • Civilian Station Council (Civilians)

    Elected from the people living aboard the station, this body acts as the legislative branch for the civilian population of the colony. Ultimately, their decisions impact station businesses, education, housing, and various other services. Members of the Council may be elected from any permanent resident of the station, excluding the Starfleet Command Staff. The Council Chair is elected by the council once all seats have been filled.

    From sensor readings to figuring out a way to enter the strange spacial anomaly, the science department is responsible for recording data, testing new ideas out, and making discoveries.

      The primary focus for the aquatic section is scientific research, with aquatics and cetaceans in particular being adept at novel solutions to problems due to their affinity for three dimensional thought and exploration. While starships often utilize these crew members for navigational purposes, this is a lesser priority on a station.

    These are the people in charge of shaping the hearts and minds of the Federation's future Officers and Enlisted personnel. They have experience in their fields and they have been given the task of passing that knowledge along.

      The Command Training Program is a prestigious program that targets talented cadets in various fields who have shown an aptitude for leadership and the makings of a Commander. The future of Starfleet and the Federation are quite literally in their hands.

      Merging the responsibilities of ship-to-ship and personnel combat into a single department, the security & tactical department is responsible for the tactical readiness of the vessel and the security of the station or ship.

This program offers residency programs in a variety of medical and counseling fields in order to ensure that Starfleet's future medical needs are met with competency.

      No cadets are specifically assigned to this training program, but all of them are required to attend. This group of classes include Flight Control, Diplomacy, and Intelligence. Most of instructors take turns or are assigned by skill and experience to teach these classes unless one of the Station's crew agree to teach.

  • Civilian Affairs (Civilians)

    Civilians play an important role in Starfleet. Many civilian specialists across a number of fields work on occasion with Starfleet personnel as a Mission Specialist. In other cases, extra ship and station duties, such as running the ship's lounge, are outsourced to a civilian contract.

    • Business & Recreation

      These are the groups of people who own their own restaurants, clubs, gambling establishments, shipping companies, clothing stores, etc. They are ultimately responsible for the station's economy.

      Called to educate the children of the station, these people are in charge of shaping the minds of the children from the nursery until adulthood.

    • Social Services

      This is a catch all department that employees many of the station's civilian population. These people are in charge of everything from Housing Assignments to Healthcare to ensuring that all people aboard the station have access to employment and basic needs.

    • Political Offices

      These are the political offices that can act as a political forum for the station's occupants. Being the size that it is, the station has representation on the Federation Council as well as the open seats on the station council. These offices hold the political party headquarters for not only the station but the frontier region.

      Ranging from Bajoran temples to non-affiliated chaplains, these people are those in charge of the spiritual well-being of the station's occupants. *Note, please keep this in the spirit of Star Trek.   • Strategic Operations (Primary Manifest)

    The Strategic Operations department acts as an advisory to the command staff, as well as a resource of knowledge and information concerning hostile races in the operational zone of the ship, as well as combat strategies and other such things.

      Responsible for the navigation and flight control of a vessel and its auxiliary craft, the Flight Control department includes pilots trained in both starship and auxiliary craft piloting. Note that the Flight Control department does not include Fighter pilots.

    These are the everyday people aboard the ship. They are the family members, they are the people trying to get by and live their lives.

    The best pilots in Starfleet, they are responsible for piloting the starfighters in ship-to-ship battles, as well as providing escort for shuttles, and runabouts.

  • Diplomatic Staff (Primary Manifest)

    This is where the truly cutthroat and scary action happens. Knives are place in backs, figuratively, and treaties are hammered out behind closed doors. Empires rise and fall due to diplomacy. Being placed in the powder keg region that is the crossroads among the Breen Confederacy, Cadrassian Union, Tzenkethi Alliance, and the Federation, these offices are usually centers for activity.
